What is kinesiology (in general)?

Modern kinesiology harmoniously integrates Western sciences and Chinese Medicine, providing a comprehensive and effective therapeutic approach. By combining solid scientific foundations with ancient energetic understanding, this method allows for the treatment of the human body as a whole - addressing physical, emotional and energetic aspects. Through this synergy, it aims to restore balance and promote long-lasting well-being.

Kinesiology restores this balance by testing muscles, which respond to emotional, physical, or energetic stress. These muscle tests indicate imbalances in the body. By using manual adjustments, kinesiology stimulates the nervous system.

What makes my approach unique?

During my training, I learned various disciplines of kinesiology. Even before my training, I was particularly interested in SIPS (Stress Indicator Point System, developed by Ian Stubbings since the 1990s).

SIPS is a fascinating branch of specialized kinesiology that combines the use of acupressure points and muscle testing to identify the type of stress an individual is experiencing, and to help them release that stress more effectively. Stressed cells draw on the meridian system to maintain the body's internal balance, but over time, this can harm overall well-being. SIPS allows the energy pathways to reset, removing resistance to well-being in its entirety.

With SIPS, you can experience immediate relief from accumulated tensions, and in the long term, a notable improvement in your vitality and emotional well-being.

In addition to SIPS, I use of course other disciplines (such as Touch for Health, Stress Release, Corekin and others), always depending on the person's specific challenge.
