Wondering what kinesiology can do for you? During our first session, which lasts around 75 minutes, we will take the time to discuss your expectations and answer your questions, so you feel completely at ease.

Together, we will identify the challenges you face and how I can help you restore balance, both physically and emotionally.

During the first appointment, approximately 75 minutes you will have the opportunity to familiarize yourself with kinesiology, its approach and methods. We will discuss your expectations, and I will explain the course of the session so that you feel comfortable and fully understand what to expect.Subsequent sessions typically last 1 hour. Depending on progress and developments during the session, the duration may vary slightly. I always adapt the sessions to your personal situation and ensure that we take enough time to achieve the desired results.

Each kinesiology session is offered at a rate of €80. Payment can be made at the end of the session, either in cash or via a bank app. An invoice can of course be provided upon request. The financial aspect should never be an obstacle to taking care of yourself. If you're going through a difficult period, please don't hesitate to contact me to discuss a price tailored to your situation.

If you are unable to attend, I kindly ask you to notify me at least 24 hours in advance. For cancellations made after this time, the session will be charged, except in exceptional circumstances. Thank you for your understanding.
